Leach started Sycamore Associates in 1980 after 2 years as a marketing representative for a local prominent land developer specializing in commercial land sales in the North I-25 corridor. Since then he has specialized in serving the needs of Property Owners, Real Estate Investors and Tenants with personal service, attention to detail and a high regard for ethical dealings. He has served a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 companies expanding their Albuquerque operations to local investors and user-owners.

Victor S. Bruno, Qualifying Broker Victor S. Bruno joined Sycamore Associates, LLC in April, 2007 after operating his own brokerage, consulting, property and asset management firm for over 27 years. Vic has been serving corporate, institutional, small business and individual owners and occupiers of industrial and office properties since 1973. He is widely known for superior client service. Locally he is credited as a founder and past president of the Commercial Association of REALTORS-NM and the Real Estate Education Foundation. Nationally, he served as a co-author of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice as well as its ethics curriculum
